Highlights
Social Ride - Tue & Sat 9am
A steady social pace with time to chat and enjoy the views. We include a mid-ride coffee stop and always wait at the top of climbs to keep the group together. Perfect for meeting others and enjoying a classic group ride vibe.
Spicy Ride - Thu 9am
This ride has a slightly quicker pace, riding in a smooth two-up formation. You're welcome to push yourself on the climbs—we'll always regroup at the top and make sure no one gets left behind on the flats. A fun, steady effort with good legs and good company.
Easy Ride - Sat 9:15am
We focus on essential skills like group riding, nutrition for cycling, and basic bike mechanics. It’s a relaxed ride with a learning twist, perfect for beginners or anyone looking to refresh the basics. Open to all, with our experienced guides there to support you every step of the way.

Our rides are always led by our experienced Ride Leaders, who will guide you along the route.
Pre-Ride Briefing
Before each ride, our Ride Leaders give a quick briefing about the route, key details, and any important information. It’s a chance to ask questions and prepare for a great ride ahead!

What pace are the rides?
We offer different paces to suit everyone:
- Social: 25-27kmh average
- Spicy: 30-32kmh average
- Easy: 22-25kmh average
Can I join any ride?
All our rides are available to RCC members via the RCC app.
However we have a limited number of 'open' spots that you can book here.
Who leads the ride?
Our team of Rapha Ride Leaders will always be on the ride to show you the route and help you have a great experience. Ride Leaders often communicate important information before the ride so please keep an eye on the chat in the RCC app.
What is the route?
We always aim to have the route uploaded to the RCC app prior to the ride. If in doubt, you can message the Ride Leader via the app to find out more.
